Primary Care Team
We are an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals providing health promotion, disease prevention, chronic condition management, and primary health care to our patient population. Our team includes family doctors, nurses and nurse practitioners, a dietitian, a pharmacist, mental health counsellors, health educators and administrators.
Programs & Services
We offer a variety of programs for patients of all ages, including nutrition counselling, seniors’ programs, smoking cessation/reduction, diabetes management, mental health therapy, lactation consultations, trans health programs, cardiac rehab, pulminary rehab and pharmacist services. After Hours Clinic
We are pleased to offer an After Hours Clinic for our patients who require urgent care.
If you have a medical problem that cannot wait until the next business day, and your primary care provider is unable to see you same day, please call your primary care provider’s regular phone number at 5:00 p.m. and follow the instructions for an appointment in our After Hours Clinic.
The After Hours Clinic is open Monday to Friday from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Please bring your health card and a list of medications to your appointment. Narcotic prescriptions will not be renewed after hours.
