After Hours Clinic

We are pleased to offer an After Hours Clinic for Cottage Country Family Health Team patients                                       who require acute urgent care.

If you have a medical problem that cannot wait until the next business day, and your primary care provider is unable to see you same day, please call your primary care provider’s regular phone number at 5:00 p.m. and follow the instructions for an appointment in our After Hours Clinic. Please note capacity is limited.

The After Hours Clinic is open Monday to Friday from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Please bring your health card and a list of medications to your appointment. Narcotic prescriptions will not be renewed after hours.
